Job summary

QatarEnergy Qatarization in Doha seeks a senior professional to support Emergency Response Coordinators, implementing emergency response systems for offshore assets and operators. You will help translate drills and incidents into planning and procedures.

The role requires at least 10 years in Emergency Response or Safety, strong ICS knowledge, offshore operations experience, and the ability to develop related policies.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years of experience in Emergency Response and /or Safety.
• Broad knowledge of Safety and Emergency Response aspects in the Offshore oil & gas industry
• Sound knowledge of offshore site operations
• Good understanding of Incident Command System (ICS)
• Credible emergency scenarios and response systems.
• Experienced in development of associated policies and procedures.
• Preferred qualifications: IC 300, IMO Oil Spill Response Level 2 or 3, NEBOSH or similar HSE certification, and BCP or Crisis Management certification.

Responsibilities

• Support Emergency Response Coordinators to implement emergency response systems for offshore assets and operators.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of emergency preparedness by integrating lessons learned from drills and incidents.
