Job summary

BAE Systems in Qatar is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (Cybersecurity) to lead enterprise cybersecurity initiatives across IT, OT, and business domains. You will manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, align requirements, and ensure successful implementation of cybersecurity solutions in compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
Master’s degree is a plus.
PMP certification is required.
CISSP certification is required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects from initiation through closure including test and commissioning.
Manage multiple cybersecurity solutions for delivery in alignment with project requirements.
Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, providing regular status reporting to the program management team.
Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
Collaborate with security architects and engineers to ensure technical requirements are addressed and executed.
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, subcontractors/vendors, and end customers.
