Job summary

BAE Systems seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager (ICT Network) to lead planning, design, implementation, and delivery of complex ICT and network infrastructure projects. You will manage cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and security requirements.

The role requires a strong background in enterprise networking, data centers, cloud connectivity, and telecom solutions, with PMP and 10+ years in ICT networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• PM certification (PMP) preferred.
• 10+ years in ICT networks with 5+ years in ICT network project management.
• Experience leading multi-site, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ICT network infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and changes.
• Track milestones, risks, issues; report to program management.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with network architects, engineers, cybersecurity, cloud, and infra teams.
• Act as liaison between internal teams, vendors, and customers.
