Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 8–10+ years in B2B enterprise sales, a strong IT infrastructure background, and a Qatar driving license with local availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 8–10+ years of professional B2B enterprise sales and account management in ICT.
• Proven track record of closing high-value technology contracts and exceeding revenue quotas.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, telecommunications, system integration, and digital solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and executive stakeholder management.
• Valid Qatar driving license and local availability in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise ICT sales cycles across key verticals in Qatar.
• Develop strategic account plans and deliver high-impact client presentations.
• Prepare complex commercial proposals and tenders; negotiate contracts with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with presales engineers to design tailored ICT architectures.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy.
• Represent Salam Technology at industry events and client briefings.
