Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or IT.
• 12+ years in HR analytics, HR systems, or workforce planning within oil and gas.
• Experience in technical coordination, mentoring, or knowledge transfer.
• Experience with data governance and reporting.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose workforce data inconsistencies and improve data integrity.
• Analyze workforce cost, pay trends, and equity implications.
• Develop headcount plans and supply impact analyses.
• Create dashboards and reports for HR governance and compliance.
• Support HR projects and stakeholder information needs.
