Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management with proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication skills in English required; additional languages an advantage.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing multicultural teams.
• Proven ability to develop effective strategies for increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial planning techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
• Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and efficiently
• Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel revenue, occupancy rates, and guest loyalty
• Create budgets and financial plans for the hotel, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to maintain a high level of service excellence
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and attract new business opportunities
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality products at competitive prices
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
