Job summary

Avanta Works in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest services, while driving occupancy and revenue through strategic planning and cost control.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of managerial hospitality experience, strong leadership, fluent English, and knowledge of hotel management software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a hands‑on approach.
• Knowledge of hotel management software systems.
• Fluent in English; Hindi or other Indian languages preferred.
• Willing to work on a contract basis with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
• Train and manage staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Monitor guest feedback and respond to any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain the hotel's budget and financial records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Develop relationships with local businesses to promote the hotel's services.
