Job summary

Advanced Search in Doha seeks a senior governance professional to develop and enforce robust corporate governance frameworks and policies. You will oversee board and committee structures, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient operation.

You will lead board meeting preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on actions, while managing insider trading controls and regulatory disclosures in a regulated sector. The role requires strategic oversight and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive governance, legal, compliance, or risk management experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience with securities regulations and stock exchange listing rules relevant to the jurisdiction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate governance, legal, compliance, or risk management roles within a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare).


• Demonstrated expertise in corporate law, securities regulations, and stock exchange listing rules relevant to the company's jurisdiction.
