Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator with 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations. You will manage receiving, sorting, and processing materials, ensure accurate documentation, and support stock control across warehouse facilities.

The role requires coordinating with supervisors and QA/HSSEQ teams to maintain inventory integrity and ensure timely order processing. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of food safety is a plus where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of warehouse and manual handling plans and processes.
• Receive, sort and process incoming/outgoing materials and cargo according to schedules and procedures.
• Verify receipt and issue of cargo against documents; update shipment status.
