Tanqeeb, a leading consumer brand in Qatar, seeks a Senior F&B Brand Manager Portfolio Lead to own the strategic and operational marketing direction for a prestigious dining concepts portfolio.

You will ensure sharp brand positioning, drive demand through integrated planning, and align with world-class chefs and operations. Manage agencies, budgets, and cross-brand campaigns with clear KPIs across seasonal launches and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading marketing for multiple F&B brands or concepts.
• Proven track record in end-to-end marketing campaigns and demand generation.
• Strong collaboration with chefs, operations, and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine brand positioning and value propositions for each F&B brand.
• Own marketing KPIs linked to demand generation and brand growth.
• Lead integrated campaign planning across launches, partnerships, and seasonal moments.
• Manage external agencies with clear briefs, guardrails, and performance reviews.
• Oversee budget planning, allocation, and reporting across brands.
• Act as marketing counterpart to chefs and restaurant managers, ensuring operational readiness and guest experience alignment.
• Provide strategic direction to the Marketing Specialist and protect focus against reactive work.
