Job summary

HME Holding Group in Qatar is seeking an experienced Arab Marketing Manager to lead the marketing activities across our brands. The role focuses on developing and implementing strategies, managing campaigns, budgets, and brand communications in the F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle sectors.

You will drive digital marketing, social media, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Sales, HR, and Management to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Arab nationality is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in Qatar or the GCC market is highly preferred.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Retail, or Lifestyle brands is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Manage marketing campaigns for the company's brands, products, and services.
• Develop marketing plans, budgets, and promotional activities.
• Manage social media, digital marketing, advertising, and brand communication.
• Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, influencers, and other marketing partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, campaigns, and product launches.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and communication across all platforms.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Work closely with the Operations, Sales, HR, and Management teams to support business objectives.
• Manage and control the marketing budget effectively.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and develop creative promotional ideas.
