Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 6-8 years of experience in higher education with Academic Support, familiarity with SIS
• Experience with CourseLeaf, Banner SIS, ARGOS, and reporting tools preferred
• Strong analytical skills with data visualization and reporting capabilities

Responsibilities
