Zusammenfassung

Qatar Foundation International is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee the Academic Support Unit, ensuring efficient execution of training programs, events, and center activities. The role requires strong program logistics, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills.

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Qualifikationen

8-10 years of relevant experience.
Experience in managing and negotiating with vendors.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
Sound financial and business acumen.
Excellent organizing and planning skills; strategic thinking.

Aufgaben

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Academic Support Unit and ensure seamless delivery of training programs, events, and center activities.
Ensure timely scheduling, resource allocation, and logistical readiness for all academic development programs.
Manage utilization of physical and digital resources to support high-quality learning experiences.
Monitor and manage operational budgets for training and events; ensure cost efficiency and policy compliance.
Oversee relationships with external vendors for logistics, materials, and training delivery; ensure contractual compliance.
