Job summary

Black & Grey HR is seeking an experienced Senior AV/ELV Systems Engineer to lead the design, evaluation, implementation, integration, and maintenance of AV/ELV systems across venues and large-scale events in Doha, Qatar.

The role requires managing technical requirements, overseeing project delivery, coordinating with clients, contractors, and operations teams, and ensuring reliability, quality, and performance in line with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of AV/ELV experience in design, integration, and maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience with large-scale venues and events.
• Strong coordination with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AV/ELV projects from initiation to handover.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee installation, integration, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivery per specs.
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
