Job summary

Flora Technology is seeking a Sales Executive Manager in Qatar to oversee the end-to-end ELV sales process, identify business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. You will develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Minimum 4–7 years in Sales with at least 2 years in CCTV/ELV, and a wide Qatar B2B/government network. Fluent English; Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–7 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in CCTV/ELV.
• Established network across Qatar's B2B, government, construction sectors.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Qatar market, clients, regulations, and business practices.
• Fluency in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new ELV/IT opportunities across Qatar.
• Promote CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, PA, and IT products/services.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from lead gen to contract signing.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users.
