Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist for on-site work in the oil and gas sector. You will perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair of industrial electrical equipment and systems.

The role requires 7+ years of field experience, strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV transformers, switchgear, cables, MCCs, motors, PLC/VFD/UPS systems, and strict adherence to PTW/LOTO safety protocols. Proficiency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industries.
• Strong industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Working-level English reading, writing, and comprehension.
• Good knowledge of electrical safety, PTW, and LOTO.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot HV/MV/LV transformers and switchgear.
• Work on HV/MV/LV cables and terminations.
• Maintain MV/LV MCCs and motors.
• Troubleshoot PLC, VFD and UPS systems.
• Maintain lighting, cathodic protection systems, hoists, and electrical systems of flares.
• Work with motor and feeder protection relays.
• Troubleshoot electrical equipment, control systems, and power circuits.
• Read SLDs, machine sketches, and complex control schematics.
• Use multimeters, Meggers, and related testing/calibration instruments.
• Follow PTW, LOTO, HSEQ, and plant safety procedures
