Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Senior Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and troubleshooting in Oil & Gas facilities. You will lead electrical teams to ensure safe, reliable operations and implement best practices across projects.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering Diploma in Electrical Trade with SAP EAM experience, strong PTW/HSEQ knowledge, and proven leadership and reporting abilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP EAM maintenance work orders.
• Strong PTW (permit to work) and HSEQ knowledge and a solid safety record.
• Excellent communication, team management, and report writing abilities.
• Proficient reading/writing English and good documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical maintenance teams to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, removal, and reinstatement of electrical equipment.
• Ensure correct tools, methods, and resources are used on site.
• Inspect work quality and ensure corrective actions for faults.
• Interpret drawings, layouts, P&IDs, datasheets, and related docs.
• Support planning, scheduling, root-cause analysis, reporting, and record keeping.
• Handle SAP EAM maintenance work orders and related admin.
• Ensure compliance with PTW, HSEQ, and company safety procedures.
