Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years in higher education with progressive leadership responsibility, including direct supervisory experience.
• Experience in academic advising and/or enrollment services strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with financial aid counseling and student financial services operations.
• Proficiency with enrollment management and student records technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee academic advising and student success.
• Direct course scheduling, room assignments, and final exam scheduling.
• Ensure accurate data entry across enrollment management platforms.
• Supervise degree certification process.
