Qualifications

• Associate degree required; B.LIS preferred.
• 3+ years in a library setting, ideally higher education.
• Proficient with Alma ILS and Springshare tools.
• Experience with AV support, data analysis, social media content creation.
• Knowledge of Tableau, R, or Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage circulation, reference inquiries, and patron assistance.
• Audit catalog records and perform copy cataloging.
• Maintain AV equipment and create user manuals for library tech.
• Lead social media content and library guides; conduct tours and presentations.
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising student workers.
