Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in academic advising and enrollment services is valued.
• Knowledge of financial aid counseling and student services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of academic advising and student success programs.
• Coordinate course scheduling, registration management, and exam scheduling.
• Supervise a team of four academic advisors and related offices.
• Ensure accurate data entry across enrollment management platforms and degree audits.
• Support financial services coordination with the student financial services team.
