LTM in Doha, Qatar, seeks a Core Banking Transformation – Corporate Banking SME (Business Analyst) to bridge business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors within the Temenos program across accounts, deposits, financing, and payments.

Key responsibilities include requirements elicitation, BRD/FSD review, vendor liaison, data migration mapping, testing oversight, and change management with training content development to support go-live.

Formación

• Temenos Core Banking background with 7–10 years in large-scale transformation.
• 7–10 years of Middle East experience in Corporate Islamic Banking.
• Client-facing business analyst / SME experience.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit needs and translate into BRDs and FSDs for vendors.
• Manage scope and sign-off with business functions.
• Act as single point of contact for vendor questions and clarifications.
• Map future To-Be workflows and align with new modules architecture.
• Establish system data validation and accounting rules.
• Map legacy Transact data to Temenos modules and ensure data cleansing.
• Lead UAT, review test cases with business users, and coordinate sign-off.
• Triaging defects and negotiating workarounds with vendors to meet go-live timelines.
• Create user manuals, SOPs, and training content; support Train-the-Trainer sessions.
