Job summary

LTM is seeking a seasoned Core Banking Transformation – Operations SME (Business Analyst) to bridge back-office operations, vendors, and technical teams in the Temenos T24 program covering accounts, deposits, financing and payments.

You will own requirements management, data migration, testing, change management and training, ensuring alignment with bank goals and regulatory requirements across the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of Temenos core banking transformation experience.
• 7–10 years of Middle East experience in Retail & Corporate Islamic banking operations.
• Client-facing business analyst / SME with banking program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Elicit needs from business users in workshops and translate requirements into vendor specifications.
• Create clear BRDs, review FSDs, and secure sign-off across affected bank functions.
• Manage scope, perform gap analysis, and clarify vendor questions.
• Support data migration: data mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation post-migration.
• Lead UAT, coordinate with business users, and manage defects and change requests.
• Develop training content and support Train-the-Trainer activities.
