Job summary

Swan Global seeks a Contracts Manager for Lusail project in Qatar. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering or related field, and strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Qatar construction law.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer main contract and subcontract agreements across the project.
• Lead contract negotiations, amendments & risk management.
• Manage claims, variations & dispute resolution processes.
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC and local Qatar contract law/regulations.
• Review and approve subcontractor agreements, LOAs & payment terms.
• Liaise with legal, commercial, and project teams to safeguard company interests.
• Monitor contractual obligations, deadlines & performance across the project lifecycle.
