Confidential Company in Doha is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to oversee contract lifecycle from drafting to termination, ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals.

You will draft, negotiate, and manage service and maintenance contracts, monitor obligations, and stay updated on legal/regulatory changes affecting agreements. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in contract management, drafting, and negotiation, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Administer service and maintenance contracts.
• Track contractual obligations and monitor compliance with agreed terms and service levels.
• Coordinate renewals and variations; draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation and drafting to execution, amendment and termination.
• Oversee contract administration, ensure accurate record-keeping, track key dates and compliance obligations.
• Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory changes impacting contracts.
