Job summary

Confidential Company in Doha seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to draft and negotiate terms that meet legal standards and protect interests. You will identify risks and develop mitigation strategies across projects.

You will work closely with project managers and legal teams to ensure contract specifications align with goals and timelines, reviewing proposals for compliance with company policies and international frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–9 years of contract management experience in engineering or construction.
• CCCM or similar professional certification is advantageous.
• Experience with international contracts and multi-jurisdictional frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate contract terms to ensure clarity and compliance with legal standards.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential issues and mitigate them.
• Collaborate with project managers and legal teams to align contracts with project goals and timelines.
• Review and analyse incoming contract proposals, providing feedback on terms, conditions and compliance with company policies.
