MPH Experts is seeking a Senior Contract Engineer for a Doha, Qatar assignment. Start date is ASAP with a fixed end date in December 2028. The role requires residential, single work status and close interaction with the contracts team.

Responsibilities include drafting the contracts dossier with the DUET counterpart, validating strategy, negotiating bids, and ensuring insurance and KPI monitoring. Candidates should have 5–7 years in O&G contracts and 2 years with MPH Experts.

Formación

• BSc degree in science or commercial field or equivalent.
• 5-7 years post-graduate experience in contracts within the O&G industry.
• 2 years' experience as a Contract Engineer in the company.
• Experience in engineering, construction or quantity surveying.
• Advanced level in Contracts technical competencies.
• C&P tools advanced certification required.

Responsabilidades

We are recruiting for a Senior Contract Engineer with the following details :

Location: Doha, Qatar

Work status: Residential, single

Qualification and background

• BSc Degree in Science or Commercial field or its equivalent
• Professional experience: 5-7 years post-graduate experience required in contracts within the O&G industry and 2 years' experience as a Contract Engineer in the company
• With experience primarily in the engineering, construction, or quantity surveying industries
• Advanced level in Contracts technical Competencies required
• C&P tools advanced certification required

The Job holder liaises with other teams and participates to the processes and communication of the contracts entity by performing the following tasks

• Work closely with the DUET counterpart to create the contracts dossier, Develop a clear definition of contractual responsibilities and discuss the agenda including:
• Validation of contracts strategy
• Negotiation and analysis of commercial bids
• Participation in recommendations to award
• Ensure that all insurance issues of company assets and personnel are dealt with
• Manage his/her performance by monitoring KPIs
• Ensure the update of the contracts management tool
• Keep informed of best practices in contracts procedures in other entities for improvement of contracts practices in the COMPANY
• Use frame agreements FALTC signed by shareholders
