Qualifications

• Educational qualifications as above (BSc in Science or Commercial field).
• 5–7 years post-graduate contracts experience in Oil & Gas.
• Minimum 2 years as Contract Engineer within the company.

Responsibilities

• Produce contractual documents per company procedures and ethics.
• Provide high-quality, cost-effective contracts service to technical entities.
• Participate in optimisation of economic performance of operations.
• Liaise with internal teams, participate in contracts processes and communications.
• Prepare commercial documents for Calls for Tender and issue to contractors.
• Verify alignment with HSE clauses, procedures, and applicable legislation.
• Establish technical contracts and participate in the most complex contracts.
• Support heads of contracts and coordinate handovers to partner entities.
