QatarEnergy is seeking a senior contracts professional to support sponsoring departments in tendering and contract matters from inception to close-out. You will lead commercial clarifications, prepare pricing, and draft contract documents with vigilance on compliance and ethics.

Responsibilities include reviewing work scopes, negotiating with bidders, evaluating tenders, and managing contract changes while ensuring adherence to RPD and CCPM regulations.

Formación

• 10-15 years multi-disciplinary experience with 5-8 years in oil & gas pre-contract activities.
• Proficient in business correspondence, contract verbiage, report writing with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience reviewing Scopes of Work/Services; developing pricing structures and contract strategies.
• Knowledge of EPCM & LSTK and maintenance/operation related services and work programme analysis.
• Contracting with high ethics and no conflicts of interest.
• Strong computer literacy and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Contracts Law is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional advice on tendering/contract matters from inception to close-out.
• Review procurement strategy and tender documentation, including pricing mechanisms.
• Prepare tender bulletins, clarifications, and evaluation reports for Tender Committees.
• Lead commercial clarifications/negotiations with bidders and draft award letters.
• Prepare and manage contract documents, changes, and variations.
• Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy RPD and CCPM procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and promote zero-harm culture.
