Zusammenfassung

MPH is seeking a Senior Contract Engineer to join the Contracts and Procurement team in Qatar. The role centers on contract management, tendering, and commercial negotiations for oil and gas field operations, including offshore projects and maintenance agreements.

You will lead negotiations, prepare invitations to tender, analyze bids, monitor contract performance KPIs, manage renewals and amendments, and coordinate with technical, legal, finance, and safety teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of post-graduate experience in contracts within the Oil&Gas industry.
• Advanced technical competencies in Contracts and Procurement.

Aufgaben

• Develop and prepare contractual documents in accordance with company procedures, policies, and applicable regulations.
• Participate in contract strategy development, bidder prequalification, tender preparation, and commercial bid evaluations.
• Lead contract negotiations, including commercial terms, conditions, and allocation of contractual responsibilities.
• Prepare invitations to tender, analyze bids, and contribute to recommendations for contract awards.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, company standards, and applicable legislation.
• Monitor ongoing contracts, manage renewals and amendments, and support claims resolution.
• Coordinate with technical, legal, finance, insurance, and other stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Monitor contract performance KPIs and maintain accurate contract management records.
• Mentor Contracts Engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of contract management practices.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Contract Engineer to join Contracts and Procurement team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in contract management, tendering, commercial negotiations, and contract administration within the Oil and Gas sector.

Location: Qatar

Experience: 5–7 years in the Oil&Gas industry

The role is for field operations activities, experience with offshore operations , services, inspection and maintenance contracts is required.

Key Responsibilities:
