Job summary

QD-SBG Construction in Qatar seeks a Senior Contract Administrator to lead contract administration on the project, ensuring timely and compliant commercial documentation, claims, variation submissions, subcontract administration and accurate reporting to protect entitlements.

You will prepare and maintain contract logs, coordinate with QS, Commercial, Procurement and Legal teams, manage variation trackers, and ensure audit readiness while handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Experience in contracts management for large scale mega projects.
• Familiar with government entities in Qatar is an advantage.
• Knowledge of FIDIC, contract law, claims preparation, and risk management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and maintain contract docs, logs, registers and records per commercial requirements.
• Draft, review, and issue letters, notices and contractual communications.
• Coordinate with QS, Commercial, Procurement and Legal teams for submissions.
• Maintain variation, claims and documentation trackers with traceability.
• Support audit readiness with complete and organized contract records.
• File signed contracts, addendums and commercial agreements properly.
• Monitor deadlines for submissions and follow up with stakeholders.
• Prepare commercial reports, summaries and dashboards for management review.
• Handle confidential commercial information with accuracy and discretion.
