• 8+ years of experience in business/functional consulting.
• Strong experience in consumer protection or regulatory services.
• Proven ability to analyze end-to-end processes and define requirements.
• Experience with CRM-based solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
