Qualifications

8+ years in business/functional consulting, preferably in government/regulatory environments.
Strong experience in Consumer Protection / Consumer Affairs / Regulatory Services.
Experience designing and implementing digital government services.
Experience with CRM-based solutions, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dataverse.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide senior-level business and functional consulting for consumer-related services and systems.
Analyze consumer-sector processes, regulations, and procedures.
Review and optimize consumer services for automation and digitization.
Document current and future business processes (As-Is/To-Be).
Gather, analyze, and document requirements for technical teams.
Translate requirements into functional and system specifications for developers.
Support design workshops, UAT, and change-management activities.
Define workflows, rules, permissions, and approval processes.
