Job summary

1000 Walls Interiors & Decoration W.L.L. in Doha, Qatar, seeks a versatile Project Manager Civil / Fit-Out to lead major civil construction and high-end interior projects from planning through handover.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and GCC experience. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and regulators, control budgets, schedules, and quality, and ensure compliance with safety standards on commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10–20 years of proven professional construction experience, with substantial tenure as a Project Manager in civil construction and interior fit‑out.
• Extensive experience in large‑scale commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.
• Strong background in GCC / Middle East construction practices and operating procedures.
• Main Contractor background preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• UPDA / MMUP Certification is a strong advantage.
• Valid driving license is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic speaking is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of civil construction and interior fit‑out projects from initiation to final handover.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, work breakdown structures, detailed schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely, cost‑effective, and quality‑driven delivery of projects in full alignment with contract documents and approved drawings.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, safety protocols, and quality compliance.
