• Plan and execute building maintenance activities (civil works, repairs, refurbishment).
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely project execution.
• Prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates, and material requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar construction regulations and safety standards.
• Handle preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings and facilities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Support procurement and material approvals for civil and fitout works.
