Job summary

Confidential Company in Qatar seeks an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimation Engineer to independently lead the estimation and tendering function for large-scale projects across hospitality, aviation, high-rise and industrial sectors. You will own the bid cycle from quantity take-off through final submission, pricing and submission of comprehensive cost plans.

The ideal candidate holds MMUP Grade A and QCDD certification, with 10–15 years in MEP contracting as Estimation/Sr.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years’ experience in an MEP contracting company as Estimation / Sr. Estimation engineer.
• Strong track record of pricing and winning major bids across hospitality, aviation, high-rise and industrial sectors.
• Fluent in industry-standard estimation CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full mechanical estimation and tendering cycle from take-off to final bid submission.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting and other systems.
• Coordinate with design, planning, procurement and commercial teams to align technical and commercial aspects.
• Identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks during bid preparation.
• Present final bid summaries and estimation reports to senior management for approval.
