Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, seeks a Senior Product Analyst to partner with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and business teams. You will define metrics, analyze app usage, design experiments, and translate findings into actionable product recommendations.

You will build and maintain analytics across funnels, retention, and engagement, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to broader product decisions in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 5+ years in product analytics, preferably in a senior/lead role at a consumer app or marketplace.
• Strong SQL and Python or R, with data visualization experience (Tableau/Power BI).
• Hands-on A/B testing design, execution, and interpretation skills.
• Ability to define product metrics and build funnel, retention, and engagement analyses.

Responsibilities

• Define success metrics for features and product areas with cross-functional teams.
• Design, analyze, and report on A/B tests and standardize experimentation.
• Build funnel, conversion, retention, and engagement analyses across customer journeys.
• Identify friction points and growth opportunities and turn them into recommendations.
• Define event tracking requirements with engineering and ensure data accuracy.
• Create and maintain self-serve dashboards used by product teams to monitor health.
• Measure impact of launches that cannot be A/B tested using quasi-experimental methods.
• Mentor junior analysts and raise quality of product analysis.
