Job summary

Qatar Airways is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead medium to complex transformation programs. You will act as Solution Requirements Owner for Technology, translating business needs into actionable solution requirements and ensuring traceability across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 7+ years in business analysis within aviation, strong stakeholder management, and CRM experience (Salesforce).

Qualifications

7+ years of business analysis experience in aviation.
Proven track record delivering complex business and technology transformations.
Strong understanding of technology trends in the airline industry.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and airline domain knowledge.
Experience with 3rd party vendors and COTS products.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into systems qualities and repeatable design patterns.
Create baseline for business, technical, migration, functional and non-functional viewpoints.
Produce high-quality requirements deliverables including scenarios, use cases and exceptions.
Ensure traceability of requirements across the project lifecycle from initiator to design and test.
Communicate requirements effectively to business, architecture and technical teams.
Prepare Functional Description Documentation aligned to solution architecture.
Lead a team of Business Analysts and contribute to a Center of Excellence.
Work with Product Owners and Product Managers to support Agile artefacts.
