Job summary

Qatar Airways Group is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive transformation initiatives within the IT and Transformation programs. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technology delivery, owning requirements and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.

You will lead a team of analysts, manage stakeholders, and translate business needs into actionable solution requirements with a focus on high quality deliverables and traceability across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in business analysis in aviation.
Proven track record delivering complex business and technology transformations as BA.
Strong aviation domain knowledge; CRM experience desirable (Salesforce).
Experience with 3rd party vendors and COTS in CRM space.
IT certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA; Agile certs like CSM/PSPO are a plus.
Ability to work in dynamic environment and manage multiple parallel initiatives.
Collaborate with Technology Architecture to align business needs with technology realization.
Fluent in English; experience in Middle East a plus.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into system requirements and design patterns.
Lead a team of Business Analysts and contribute to BA Center of Excellence.
Produce complete requirement deliverables including use cases and scenarios.
Ensure traceability of requirements across the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with Vendors and in-house teams across organization.
Communicate requirements clearly to business, architecture, and development teams.
