Job summary

QatarEnergy in Doha is seeking a Senior Analyst (Process) to drive transformation across market access, people, process and systems within the MTE team. You will shape the Target Operating Model and lead change initiatives across the Trade Lifecycle from pre-deal to settlements.

The role requires deep experience in commodities trading, back-to-front lifecycle, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders. LNG exposure and familiarity with BPM tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in numerate, Finance or Technology from an internationally recognised university.
• Postgraduate Qualification (MSc, PhD or MBA) an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Target Operating Model (TOM) and change initiatives for the trade lifecycle.
• Support strategic and operational initiatives across Trade Lifecycle from pre-deal to settlements.
• Ensure adoption of change frameworks in technology and processes.
