Job summary

QatarEnergy seeks a senior professional to implement and maintain the QGMS across designated areas, advising senior leadership and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and governance.

The role includes training of process improvement team leads and QGMS champions, ensuring compliance with the QGMS framework, and reporting progress to management. Strong experience in oil and gas, with consulting exposure, is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Applied Sciences or equivalent.
• 8+ years experience in oil and gas or with a management consulting firm in management systems design and implementation.
• Demonstrable experience in process improvement and change management in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Advise Head of QGMS and develop work plans to implement QGMS in designated areas.
• Facilitate cross-functional process teams to implement agreed work plans and improve business processes.
• Coordinate with Process Owners and monitor implementation progress and governance.
