Job summary

Maseera is seeking a Banking Business Analyst to gather and document requirements, map processes, and drive improvements across corporate and wholesale banking initiatives. You will collaborate with business and tech teams, support client segmentation and portfolio management, and track KPIs such as cross-selling and revenue metrics.

The role emphasizes understanding RM productivity, sales coverage, and participation in banking transformation projects within a dynamic financial services

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Banking experience required.
• Experience in corporate, wholesale, institutional, or transaction banking.
• Understanding of relationship management and corporate banking processes.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills (BRD/FRD).
• Skilled in business process mapping, gap analysis, and process improvement.
• Proven stakeholder management and coordination with business and technology teams.
• Experience with client segmentation and portfolio management.
• Understanding of RM productivity and sales coverage.
• Exposure to cross-selling, wallet share, client penetration, or revenue KPIs.
• Banking transformation or operating model improvement experience.
• Knowledge of wholesale banking products such as GTB, Global Markets, or lending.
• Experience with leading banks or banking consulting firms.
