Job summary

Experience is seeking a Bar Supervisor / Senior Mixologist to oversee daily bar operations within a luxury hotel setting. You will lead the bar team, deliver exceptional beverage experiences, design signature cocktails and manage inventory and costs in line with brand standards.

You will train staff, ensure service excellence, and stay ahead of beverage trends while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Mixology or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant or premium bar environment.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, beers and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily bar operations and ensure smooth service during all shifts.
• Maintain beverage service standards and ensure quality and consistency.
• Monitor opening/closing procedures and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
• Support Bar Manager in achieving departmental objectives and revenue goals.
• Lead and motivate bartenders and bar staff; conduct training on beverage knowledge and brand standards.
• Foster teamwork and a positive working environment.
