Qualifications

• Experience as bartender in luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages accurately and efficiently.

• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure safety and licensing compliance.
• Process orders and payments using the POS system.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking of supplies.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams for seamless service.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to company recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and act responsibly to ensure guest safety and compliance with all licensing regulations.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking, rotating, and ordering supplies.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with other front-of-house and back-of-house team members to ensure seamless service.

Job Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Relevant bartending certification or training is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
