Job summary

A leading aerospace training organization is seeking a Training Instructor – Armament in Qatar. The instructor will prepare and deliver both theoretical and practical training relating to Typhoon Type, ensuring trainee performance is assessed effectively. Applicants should possess a Level 3 training qualification, a minimum of 5 years in a maintenance support role, and experience delivering aircraft type training. Responsibilities also include maintaining discipline and safety during training sessions, along with managing Squadron personnel competencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Training activities.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience of delivering aircraft Type training.
• Understanding of Regulatory Framework applicable to training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver theoretical and practical training.
• Assess trainee performance and evaluate training efficacy.
• Maintain and manage the competencies of Squadron personnel.

Skills

Training Qualification at Level 3 or above

Aircraft maintenance discipline qualifications to NVQ3/ONC level

In-depth experience in a Maintenance & Support environment

Experience in delivering aircraft Type training

Professional understanding of Training structures

Education

Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent

Minimum recognised qualification to NVQ3/ONC level
