Job summary

BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL is hiring a Training Instructor Supervisor in Qatar. The role includes supervising both theoretical and practical training for Typhoon Type, managing Training Instructors, and ensuring safety and compliance in training activities. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, the ideal candidate will have significant experience in training delivery and support, alongside relevant qualifications in education and aircraft maintenance. This position offers a full-time contract based in Dukhan.

Qualifications

• Possess a Training Qualification at Level 3 or above.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising aircraft Type training.
• Experience supporting training activities in a Maintenance & Support environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Training Instructors.
• Prepare and deliver Type training courses.
• Evaluate trainee performance.
