Job summary

Events and Sports Management in Doha, Qatar, seeks a proactive Relationship Manager (Schools) & Camp Coordinator to drive delivery and growth of Sports, Enrichment, Music and Holiday Camp programmes across schools. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, supervise camp operations, coordinate admin, and maximise venue utilisation while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field, strong CRM skills, and a passion for sports and enrichment

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Sport Management, Education, Hospitality, or related discipline.
• Health & Safety Level 3, IOSH, or NEBOSH equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and commercial growth of ESM's Sports, Enrichment, Music and Holiday Camp programmes across schools.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Principals, Directors, and coordinators.
• Manage camp operations, admin, and venue scheduling; ensure exceptional customer service.
