Job summary

HEC Paris in Qatar seeks a Strategic Partnerships Manager to expand revenue from corporate clients for customized Executive Education programs in Qatar and the region. The role involves developing sales strategies, drafting proposals, and managing relationships with key decision makers to drive growth.

You will work with the Dean, Faculty, and staff to tailor programs, forecast revenue, and ensure profitability while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-like requirements are not listed beyond Master’s degree.
• Strong track record in business development or consulting in services.
• Experience in executive education or leadership development is preferred.
• Ability to design and present compelling proposals to senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients for Executive Education programs.
• Draft customized business proposals and contracts.
• Lead client visits and presentations with senior stakeholders.
• Grow and manage the existing client portfolio focusing on renewals and upsell.
• Collaborate with faculty to design program concepts aligned to client needs.
