Qualifications

• Practical SAP troubleshooting of user/system issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level SAP support for incidents and requests.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with technical/functional teams.
• Assist with SAP transactions, system access, and data issues.
