Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for enterprise applications.

• Monitor application performance, availability, and system health.
• Support application development, testing, implementation, and enhancement activities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Develop test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Integrate applications with existing systems for seamless data exchange.
• Coordinate with IT teams, business users, vendors, and consultants.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, FAQs, and system manuals.
