The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint, developer-friendly knowledge in Java or Python, and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 4–6 years in enterprise application support or operations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Experience with Java and/or Python.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot application incidents, performance issues, and operational problems.
• Administer and support Microsoft SharePoint, including configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Monitor application performance, availability, and system health.
• Support application development, testing, implementation, and enhancement activities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Develop test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Integrate applications with existing systems for seamless data exchange.
• Coordinate with IT teams, business users, vendors, and consultants.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, FAQs, and system manuals.
• Support end-user training, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of business and application data.
